in this paper, a fuzzy logic controller is designed for the numerical simulation of the selected four simulation systems. the simulation systems are an inverted pendulum, a multi-joint arm, a humanoid robot, and a linear quadratic regulator. the fuzzy logic controller was designed using a fuzzy inference system. the fuzzy inference system is constructed by the mamdani inference rule and membership functions. the membership functions is constructed for input variables and output variable of the fuzzy inference system. to compare the experimental result of the fuzzy logic controller and the comparative study controller, the root mean square error (rmse) was used. the rmse is the average of the square of the residuals between the experimental results and the numerical simulation results. the simulation results show that the rmse of the fuzzy logic controller is less than that of the comparative study controller.
